Today I am taking requests. I would like a new challenge and to learn something new. Don’t worry Mark, I’m still working on the chocolate cake (version 2.0 should be done tonight). Leave me a comment about what I should make and the most votes wins. Any food you want within financial reason of course.
Here are my rules:
I will make break down whatever recipe into one single ingredient at a time. I’ll give step by step guides on how to make the dish. No box mixes, no preservatives, no premade anything.

Eggs Benedict
This recipe requires some of the most serious disciplines. First, I doubt you have ever poached and egg, a difficult task to say the least. Second, hollandaise sauce is one of the most trying and precise things one can make in the kitchen. Third, making more than one and having them both come out hot and ready to serve at the same time is a challenge in itself since I don’t believe that two eggs can be poached in the same pot at the same time.
Word to the wise, DON’T use salted butter when making the hollandaise or it will be way too salty. Also, if you have never had this it may be a good idea to find a place that serves them made fresh to see what it should taste like.
Beef wellington, but you have to invite us over for a tasting. I’ll write a review.

Seasame chicken may be a good one to try or something from a Chinese menu that you can tell/show people how to make it fresh, taste better, and healthier.
Mark – great idea
Dan- I think I said within financial freedom. Beef Wellington calls for about 3-4 lbs of filet mignon. Maybe if I add paypal support.
Alyssa – I have done homemade General Tso’s chicken before, a few more votes and you could have a winner.
That Eggs Benedict recipe sounds like a really good idea. Wow, whoever that Mark guy is sure sounds well informed, good looking and modest.

I will make Eggs Benedict. I have used the Fish House here in Pensacola Florida as my reference. I will have the results up soon and hopefully don’t let you down.

Danny- As for the Beef Wellington as soon as I get my paypal support up on the site and some donors then we’ll have to hold off on this one.
